TIMING
Shows start at 8:30pm. (most of the time – double check on your ticket!)
Please be in the theatre no later than 15 minute before the show.

SEATING
Our seating is unreserved. We create a unique seating arrangement every night depending on the bookings and it is a complex process. The size of groups, for example, affects where we can place you. It’s like a puzzle, but be assured we always do our very best for you. We will never split up a group that have booked together.

DINERS
If you have booked a SHOW & DINNER RESERVATION TICKET, a table will automatically be booked for you at the Brass Bell Theatre Restaurant before the show. This section of the Brass Bell is elevated and dedicated to theatre guests only, in order to ensure our guests are served in good time to be seated in the theatre before the show starts. This ticket is just a reservation for dinner (dinner cost is not included), payment for the meal is billed on the night. We recommend that you arrive for dinner anytime from 5:30pm and no later than 6:30pm. Orders for dinner should be in by 6:30pm to ensure you have sufficient time to eat before the show. Diners that are booked to eat, get first dibs on theatre seating – from 5.30pm onwards – on choices available to them. Sometimes there may be lots of choice, sometimes not.

NON DINERS
Non-diners (those who have a SHOW ONLY TICKET) may select their seats from allocations available from 7pm on a first come first served basis from allocations available. If you would like to change your ticket to include a dinner reservation at the Brass Bell, please let us know, so that we can book your Brass Bell table and amend your booking for you.

GROUPS
If your booking is joining another booking in the theatre and you would like to be seated together, please let us know on the morning of the show, so we can link your bookings together. If we don’t get notified, we cannot guarantee you will be seated together.

DRINKING
There is a bar inside the theatre that serves drinks before and after the show. It is fully stocked, but if you would like to bring your own wine, you may. The corkage is R50 per bottle.

LOCATION
We are located inside the Brass Bell. From the Main Rd, walk through the subway between the train station and Sirocco. Turn left, like you are going to the main restaurant of the Brass Bell, and we are on the right. *The Black Door! Practically in the ocean.

PARKING
The best parking lot is the one opposite the Wetsuit Warehouse. Alex is the car guard, and if you can’t find parking he will valet park your car. Legit! We do it every night.

LOAD SHEDDING
We are not affected by load shedding. We have an inverter that runs the show fully even when Eskom is out of action.

TICKET CHANGES & REFUNDS
Tickets can be moved to a different date, or refunded (less the Quicket fee) up until 48hrs before the show. This has to be done via Quicket. Email them directly: support@quicket.co.za

AGE RESTRICTION
We consider the theatre to be an adult playground, so no young children are allowed and definitely NO BABIES. Consider it a NO UNDER 18s establishment.

DRESS CODE
Wear what makes you comfortable. But some shows have a specific dress code to match the theme of the show!

LOST PROPERTY
We often pick up bits and bobs of lost property. Please send us a Whatsapp if you have left something, and hopefully we can locate it.
