We accept VISA, Mastercard, EFT/Bank deposit, SnapScan and Cash.
Online – Our online booking system reserves tickets directly with VISA & Mastercard. To ensure your payment has gone through check that your e-ticket (invoice) is marked PAID:YES. Tickets booked online via EFT/Bank deposit, SnapScan and Cash are held for a period of 24hrs, awaiting payment. If proof of payment is not received by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the 24hr period, the tickets will be released back onto the system, and the booking will be cancelled.
Box Office – You may purchase tickets at the theatre box office from Tuesday – Saturday 3pm – 6pm
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.
We will exchange tickets for another performance if requested 48 hours before the original performance date. We regret that we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange on your ticket(s) if you are refused entry to a performance due to being late.
We will ONLY offer ticket refunds for cancelled shows.
Diners are given preferential seating. They are offered the opportunity to reserve their seats first, from 6pm, on a first come first serve basis. From 7:30pm the non-diners may reserve their seats on a first come first serve basis. We recommend you arrive early to ensure you are happy with your seats. We do our best to ensure parties are not split up, but this is not guaranteed.
Please make front-of-house staff aware of any special requirements before the show.
Please allow at least 30 minutes grace before the start of the show to collect your tickets so as not to delay the start of the show. We do not allow late comers. Food orders may only be placed up to 1 hour before the start of the show.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to a performance. The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Latecomers may be refused admission. Any recording of the performance (either audio or visual) is prohibited. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises.
When PayGate processes a transaction for you via any of our secure payment web services, the transaction is encrypted. We make use of the latest SSL encryption which encrypts all data sent from the browser to PayGate in such a way that only our servers can read it.
